Republica Negocios Fiduciarios incorporates two new Trusts.
In recent days, the signing of two new trusts has been finalized, in which República Negocios Fiduciarios S.A acts as Trustee.
On November 30, 2021, the contract for the "Maldonado II Administration and Payment Trust" was signed with the Municipality of Maldonado as settlor.
This trust is constituted with the assignment of rights to collect taxes, prices and other departmental income. Said assigned credits will serve as support for the payment of a loan granted by BROU to the Municipality, which is destined to the acquisition of machinery and vehicles.
Likewise, the Trustee will receive the money from the Loan to be incorporated into the Trust and will make the Calls for the acquisition of machinery and vehicles.
Additionally, on December 1, 2021, the “Defensor Sporting Club Guarantee Trust” contract was signed with the Defensor Sporting Club as settlor.
This trust is constituted with the transfer of its right to receive the flow of funds from the contracts signed with the credit and debit card administrators, resulting from the collection of present and future social contributions, and the rights that correspond to the Club arising from the Television Rights Contract.
The Purpose of the Trust is to guarantee the debt that the institution will contract with BROU for the financing of the expansion, renovation and adaptation of the gymnasium located on Calle 21 de Set Diciembre (includes civil works and equipment).
