R5 INDUSTRIAL PARK GUARANTEE TRUST
PERSEPHONE S.A and República de Negocios Fiduciarios established the “RUTA 5 INDUSTRIAL PARK GUARANTEE TRUST”.
On March 16, 2023, PERSEPHONE S.A as Settlor and República de Negocios Fiduciarios as Trustee established a Guarantee Trust called “RUTA 5 INDUSTRIAL PARK GUARANTEE TRUST”.
The trust was established in order to guarantee the repayment of the Debt Titles, issued in favor of BROU, under the Ruta 5 Industrial Park Financial Trust, whose purpose is to obtain the financing required for the completion of the Park works. Industrial and Logistic Route 5.
