TRUST PPP ROUTE N ° 9, SECTION: ROCHA - CHUY, AND ROUTE N ° 15, SECTION: ROCHA - JOINT ROUTE N ° 13.

The Ministry of Transportation and Public Works in conjunction with República Negocios Fiduciarios S.A. They constituted the "PPP Trust Route N ° 9, section: Rocha - Chuy, and Route N ° 15, section: Rocha - Empalme Route N ° 13".

On May 25, 2021, the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works and República Negocios Fiduciarios S.A. In their capacity as Trustee, they formed an administration trust called TRUST PPP ROUTE N ° 9, SECTION: ROCHA - CHUY, AND ROUTE N ° 15, SECTION: ROCHA - EMPALME ROUTE N ° 13.

 

The trust is constituted for the purposes of compliance with some of the obligations assumed by the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works in relation to the PPP Contract.

 

The trust agreement provides for the creation of two sub-funds in the same trust assets, which must be managed according to their purpose. The first sub-fund called Provision Fund, is created for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the final status of the circuit and the second sub-fund called Comptroller Fund, is created to cover the costs of controlling the correct execution of the PPP Contract.

República Negocios Fiduciarios S.A. It will be in charge of managing the Trust Assets in general and each Sub-Fund in particular, according to the criteria stipulated i the trust contract.
