ANTEL, BROU and República Negocios Fiduciarios signed an agreement regarding the "Tuapp" management trust
On 14 November 2019 ANTEL and BROU as trustors and República Negocios Fiduciarios signed the management trust agreement called "Tuapp Electronic Business Platform Management Trust", intended for the use, development and exploitation of the "Tuapp” platform, as well as future and potential applications or platforms that are added to or acquired by the trust.
The trustee will be in charge of carrying out all the acts of administration, investment and disposal in accordance with the provisions of the trust agreement and with the instructions expressly given by the Management Committee.
